"All my rowdy friends are here for monday night...Are you ready for some football"
Thank god you can't hear me attempt to sing this. Is it me or has Monday Night Football lost its excitment now that it is on ESPN? I can't get pumped for these games like i used too. maybe its because of the match ups. i am not sure. Don't get me wrong, i will have it on and i will be watching it, but its not like the game last night. The Sunday night game has more hype now. I was pumped last night with Chicago (My Son's Team) and New York (My Team) going at it. He got the upper hand last night. Thanks Giants!!! No, it's all good. I root for the Bears too. But even the Sunday games before last night had more hype than MNF. Tonights game with The Panthers and the Bucs, just doesn't do it
Listening to the Sports Radio 610 flashes, I had the song from M.A.S.H. in my head!!! All the Injuries to the Texans is crazy!!! Sorry to see Weigert, Sanders, and Travis Johnson out for the season. It looks like Eric Winston needs to man up and play some ball now. Mark Vandermeer and Rich Lord talked about the commentators for yesterday on CBS. I meant to put something about that on my post yesterday. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! I was wondering what game these yo-yo's were watching. I was like..."what? Touchdown? Did i miss something? Catch? huh? The ball is on the ground?" that is just a few of the bad, stupid calls. those guys should be let go so they can do high school football. I guess that is what we get for being a "bad" team right now. We get the bad announcers.
Congrats to the Dynamo on their championship. I couldn't name a player on there before today, but i am happy for them. i don't even know if they were on TV or not. i am sorry, it just doesn't get the exposure the "major" teams do. I did see them celibrating on the news this morning. The Cup looks more like the NBA championship trophy. Congrats, Dynamo and thanks for bringing a championship to Houston!!!
